Symposium participants are required to book their own hotel accommodation.  Since hotel space is much in demand and difficult to secure, early reservation is recommended to avoid disappointment.  Some suggested hotels are given on a separate web page indicating their approximately distance from the West-Indies House.

During the tourist trips north and south, hotel accommodation for two nights is included and booked.

Payment

Payment of all fees should be made in advance in Euros.  The following methods can be used, however, bank transfer would be preferred:

1.   Bank Transfer to IMCoS 2002, The Netherlands account number: 55.52.83.798 in the name of LGCE/IMCoS 2002, ABN-Amro Bank, swift code ABN ANL2A, Apollolaan, Amsterdam, The Netherlands, stating the participant's name and address

2.  A certified cheque payable to IMCoS 2002, Amsterdam, The Netherlands, carrying participant's name and address (personal cheques cannot be accepted)

3.  Credit card:  American Express or  Euro/Master/Accesscard  or Visa.   Please indicate which and provide the following information:

Cancellation policy

Refunds of the registration fee (minus Euros 35 administrative charge) may be applied for in writing to the Symposium Secretariat until 1st August 2002.  For cancellations received after that date, no refund can be made but replacement is possible without charge.  Refunds will be settled after the Symposium.
